Two Minute Yoga is an exceptional book written by a highly experienced yoga teacher. As a practicing physician, I am always looking for well written and clear books like this for my patients use. Most people I work with have busy lives and this book gives some very helpful guidance for fitting in a regular yoga practice if one’s time is limited or there is need to travel. While this is an excellent starting book for yoga practice I feel this would work well for more experienced practitioners who have time constraints. I particularly appreciated that the author used
“real people” as models rather than super-limber young yoga practitioners. I also noted that she included some recent research on the benefits of yoga which I find helps new practitioners feel enthusiasm for yoga. I can recommend this excellent book without hesitation.
